What if my order is not correct?
If you notice a mistake with your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will correct any issue. Please make sure to include your order reference number when you reach out.
Does Age Carriers accept returns?
We are happy to refund any purchases provided they are returned by registered mail in their original condition within 30 days from receipt. We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
How do I return an order?
Email us and we'll provide the mailing info. Return all parcels by UPS or registered mail with tracking. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on postal forms.
